Piecrust - 1 refrigerated rolled piecrust
Nectarines or peaches - 3 thinly sliced
Turbinado sugar - 3 tablespoons
Unsalted Butter - 2 tablespoons, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375° F with the rack in the lowest position.

Put the piecrust on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Leave a 2-inch border along the edge of the piecrust and top the inner part of the crust with the nectarines or peaches. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of the turbinado sugar and the butter. Fold the outer edges of the dough toward the center, overlapping slightly and partially covering the fruit. Brush the dough with 2 teaspoons water and sprinkle with the remaining tablespoon of sugar.

Bake until the juices are bubbling and the crust is golden (use foil to tent the crust if it browns too quickly), 35 to 40 minutes.
