10 oz. baby carrots
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup water
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the carrots until tender. Reserve 1 cup of the carrot water. Remove the carrots and add the sugar, butter and dash of salt to the water. Cook on medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Place the carrots back in the glaze and gently fold it over the carrots. Serve immediately.
