1 box frozen broccoli
1½ cups chicken broth
1 onion, diced
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1 cup milk
8 oz. Velveeta Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix frozen broccoli and chicken broth, bring to boil and cook until tender. Saute onions in 1/2 cup butter. Add flour and milk. Bring to boil and allow to thicken. Add broccoli mixture. Add Velveeta, allow to melt. Stir and add pepper and salt to taste.
