1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups quick oats
1/3 tsp salt
2/3 tsp soda
7 1/2 Tbsp milk
1 1/2 cups brown sugar (packed)
2 sticks (1 cup) butter or margarine
48 light carmels
1 pkg. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, oats, salt, soda, brown sugar, softened butter. Mix until crumbly. Put half the mixture into an ungreased 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 375º for 10 minutes.
Melt in saucepan the milk and carmels. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of baked mixture. Drizzle carmel over top. Sprinkled reserved crumbs over all. Bake 350º for 15 minutes.
*Start melting carmels first thing they take a while*
