Dressing:
1 c. Canola Oil
1 c. White Vinegar
1 c. Sugar
4 T. Parsley
1 T. Garlic Powder

Salad:
1 lb. Pasta (tricolored)
1 can Artichokes
3 c. Broccoli
3 c. Cauliflower
1 jar Pimentos
2 medium Cucumbers
1 Green Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta al dente and put in fridge to cool. Do not overcook or salad will be mushy.

Mix dressing ingredients together until sugar is completely dissolved.

In large bowl, mix together the vegetables, add chilled pasta, coat with dressing, then mix in Parmesan. Be careful mixing as to not break pasta.
