2 c. Pretzels
3 T. Sugar
1 1/2 Sticks Butter

Middle Layer
8oz. Softened Cream Cheese
7/8 c. Sugar
1 Large Carton of Cool Whip

2 pkg. Strawberry Jello
2 c. Boiling Water
1 large pkg. frozen Strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add pretzels, and bake in an ungreased 9x12 pan for 10 min. at 350º.

Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and Cool Whip together and pour over the cooled crust. Then mix together the Jello mix, water, and strawberries. Stir well, and when slightly cooled, pour over the top of salad.

Refrigerate until set.
