2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 egg
1 tsp salt
about 2 cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredients well. I roll out the dough into long tiny little logs. Almost the size of a finger. Drop into boiling water. When they float to the top scoop them out.
Cabbage is prepared by chopping one small onion, browned in crisco. Season with salt and sweet paprika, some lemon juice, vinegar and sugar. Taste periodically to how you like it.
