3 cups pitted and coarsley chopped purple plums
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp liquid honey

Directions:
In heavy medium saucepan, combine, plums, sugar, water, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly. When the right thickness is needed, add liquid honey.
