1 lb of Lean Hamburger Meat
1 small white onion (chopped)
2 large potatoes or 4 small (chopped)
1 pint frozen bueno green Chile (thawed and drained) or other thawed and drained Chile
Garlic salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat and onion, and add potatoes and green Chile. Cover and continue to stir occasionally. Season to your taste, it's ready to serve when the potatoes are done.

Serve with warm flour tortillas, diced tomatoes and cheddar cheese.
