2 eggs
1 cup milk
cinnamon
1 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2 eggs and milk in 8x8 baking pan.
Sprinkle in cinnamon and mix.
Cut 8-10 slices of bread in half.
Dip both sides of bread in egg/milk/cinnamon mix.
Cook on flat buttered skillet/frying pan at medium low temperature for 2-4 minutes each side.
Sprinkle with white powder sugar (or syrup, as preferred).
Serve with favorite egg/omelette, meat/spam/sausage.
