6 pork chops
1/2 cup butter
1 cup coarse cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter in 9 x 13 inch pan to melt (line the pan with foil). Combine crumbs, cheese, sale, & pepper in a pie plate. Combine eggs and milk. Coat pork chops with crumb mixture, dip in egg mixture, and again in crumbs. Bake in 325º oven for 30 minutes on each side.
