Crust
2 cups almond meal/flower
2 eggs
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in a bowl. Form crust on foil on a baking sheet. The dough is pretty sticky so be prepared to get it all over your hands, and be patient with it. It makes an 8-10"diameter crust. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with whatever you like. I usually cube some chicken and saute it with garlic, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, and mushrooms and use pesto for the sauce. After topping your crust, bake another 20 minutes at 350.
