2 cups milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In a 4-cup measure, heat milk on high 3 minutes. Slowly beat in sugar,salt. eggs and vanilla. Pour evenly into five 6-ounce custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Arrange in oven in a circle 1 inch apart. Cook about few minutes. Let stand for 4 seconds. Cook mirco 2 to 4 minutes or until custard starts to bubble.
