1 1/2 lbs. round steak
3 tbsp butter
1 chopped onion
3 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 beef bouillion cube
3/4 cup boiling water
1 tbsp ketchup
1/4 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup dairy sour cream
3 tbsp white wine

Cut steak into 1/2 strips, 2 inches long. On cook top,heat 2 tbsp butter in a 10 inch skillet. Add meat strips, brown quickly on all sides. Remove beef strips as they brown; set aside. Add remaining 1 tbsp butter and onion drippings. Saute onions until limp, remove from heat. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth, set aside. Stir bouillion cube into boiling water ntil dissolved. Stir in ketchup. Gradually stir bouillion mixture into flour mixture. Stir in browned meat strips. Cover and cook in microwave 8 to 10 minutes on low 10 minutes stirring once. Add mushrooms. Cover and cook on medium 8 to 10 minutes or until sauce comes to a boil. Just before serving, stir in sour cream till well blended. Heat uncovered until heated through.
