1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 lbs boneless round steak, cut into bite size pieces
3 cups peeled and quartered red potatoes
1 medium onion, diced
14 ounces italian style diced tomatoes
3/4 cup water
1 cup corn

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt in mixing bowl. Add beef, stir to cover. Coat nonstick skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium heat to low. Add beef, cook until browned on all sides. Layer potatoes, beef and onion in slow cooker. Mix together in bowl tomatoes with their juice, water and any remaining four mixture. Pour over ingredients in slow cooker. Cover ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low 7 to 8 hours or until beef is tender. Add corn and cook additional 30 minutes.
