4 boneless country ribs
1 tsp salt
1 jar saurekraut, drained
1 apple, cored and diced
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp chicken bouillion granules, or 1 cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Place the ribs in bottom of slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt. Spoon sauerkraut over ribs. Top with apple. Sprinkle sugar over apple. Add the broth.
Cover and cook on Low 8 to 9 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes.
