1 cup margarine
1 cups white sugar or brown sugar (I used brown sugar)
8 eggs
2 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
10 slices white bread, cubed
pumpkin pie spice (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, cream margarine and sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the pineapple and bread cubes. Pour in baking pan and sprinkle pumpkin pie spice (optional) on top.
3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour. Cover for 45 minutes/uncover the last 15 minutes. Let sit a few minutes to firm up before serving

You can cut the recipe in half for a 8” baking pan!
