1 can refried beans
1 package cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup green onions, chopped fine
1/4 tsp. Tobasco sauce
4 oz. green chili, chopped fine
1 1/2 tsp. taco seasoning mix
1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese, grated

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
