1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp soda
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 cups shredded zucchini
1/2-1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350º. Grease 9x13 inch pan. In a large bowl, combine sugar, marg, oil,vanilla and eggs. Beat well. Add flour, cocoa, soda, cinnamon and buttermilk; blend well. Fold in zucchini, choco chips and nuts. Pour into pan. Bake 35-40 min or until tested done by a toothpick. Frost with chocolate frosting if desired, or good by its self.
