1 lb. Chicken Cubed
1 Can Rotel
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 Package Flour Tortillas
1 package Cream Cheese
2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes (to taste)
Heavy Cream or Milk
Oil for Frying
1 c. Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Chicken in Crock pot with Rotel, salt and pepper until tender. Roll chicken in tortillas and secure with toothpick for frying. Deep fry until golden brown. Make Cream cheese mixture by mixing cream cheese and bouillon. Add Milk or Cream until fluffy. Top fundido with cream cheese topping and cheddar cheese. Bake in oven at 300º for 15 minutes.
