Notes: A friend made this recipe for us at a New Year's Eve dinner. My family has since been making it for years. It has become a favorite "Birthday" dinner recipe for my kids. I have even prepared it in Cumberland House, Canada while on a mission trip, and on vacation in Green Mountain Falls, CO. Tip: Adjust for high elevation cooking, lest burning occurs.
