Salad:
Shredded head of cabbage
1 pkg. Ramen noodles, chicken flavored, crushed
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1/4 c. slivered almonds
6 green onions, chopped
2-3 tbsp. butter

Dressing:
1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup white wine vinegar(I have used other vinegars and it turned out fine)
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:

Melt butter
Brown almonds - add uncooked Ramen noodles and sesame seeds
Sprinkle with flavor packet
Cool noodle mixture
Add cabbage, onions, noodle mix and toss with dressing.

Editor's Note: I also toast the Ramen Noodles in the butter and my favorite cabbage in this recipe is Napa or Chinese cabbage.
