Meatballs:
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/3 c. minute rice
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. hot vegetable oil

Gravy:
1 c. hot water
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef with rice, paprika, salt, and onion. Shape into balls (16-20). Brown outside of meatballs in hot oil and drain. Arrange in casserole dish.
Combine water and bouillon cube until dissolved. Add Worcestershire sauce and soup. Stir until well blended. Pour over meatballs.
Bake uncovered at 350º for 45 minutes.
Serve over rice.
