2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. corn flakes, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw hash browns for 30 minutes.
Saute onions in butter until desired tenderness. In large bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients. Transfer to baking dish and sprinkle corn flakes on top.
Bake at 375º for one hour.
