Make up 1 box chocolate cake mix according to package directions and bake. After removing from oven, poke holes in top of cake. Crush 1 Heath or Skor candy bar and place on top of cake along with a few chopped nuts, poking them into the holes you've made. Next pour 1 can of sweetened condensed milk over top of cake and candy. Pour 1 small jar of caramel topping over everything. Let cool and frost cake with Cool Whip. Chill for 2 to 3 hours. Keep refrigerated.
