popped popcorn
1 cube butter
1 c brown sugar
3 T milk

Directions:

Melt the butter and sugar for one minute in the microwave. Stir in the milk. Cook for another 4 minutes on high. Pour over prepared popcorn and stir in. Let it cool a little. Eat!

This is a dee-licious popcorn topper, be it microwave ( I prefer to put it on the homestyle with real butter kind) or pan popped popcorn. It will cover two bags of microwave popcorn or one really well. It kind of breaks down, so it's not as good the second day-- make sure you eat it when you make it. Make sure you use a completely microwave safe bowl; either glass or Tupperware. Also, make sure you cull your popcorn for unpopped kernels before pouring the caramel on.
