2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup oil

12 oz. kernel corn (may use frozen)
1 can cream of mushroom soup(may use 2 cans if desired)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. ketchup( I use more)

2 cups cooked noodles

1 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion in oil stirring to break up. Drain off fat. Put mixture in large casserole dish. Stir in corn, soup,salt and pepper and ketchup.. Prepare noodles, Drain and add to meat mixture.
Sprinkle grated cheese over tip. Cover. Bake in 350ºf for 45 minutes.. Remove cover and continue to bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
