Maple Syrup
Ginger
Garlic
Chili Flakes
Fresh Dill
Lemon and orange slices

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade salmon in maple syrup (cover fish) a couple cloves of garlic, a tsp of chopped ginger, chili flakes. Add orange juice, 10 mins before cooking (since the OJ will cook your fish)
Soak plank in water for a couple hours.
Place lemon and orange slices with fresh dill under fish on plank.
Cook on bbq or in oven for about 5 mins.
