3 egg whites, room temperature
1/4 tsp cream of tarter
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups flaked coconut
1/3 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325º. Grease 2 cookie sheets. Beat egg whites and cream of tarter until soft peaks. Add sugar gradually and dissolve thoroughly. Add vanilla and salt.

Gently fold coconut and flour into egg white with spatula. Drop by heaping teaspoon on sheet. Bake 20 minutes.
