1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/3 cup light cream cheese
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 tbsp 2% milk
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
4 oz. uncooked weight fettuccine cooked
freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, blue cheese and milk; process until smooth. Pour into heavy saucepan and heat over low heat until cheeses have melted. Just before serving, stir in tomatoes.
Toss with pasta and season with pepper to taste.
