3-4 c. flour
1 T. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 T. malted milk powder
1 T. honey
1 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in mixing bowl in warm water. Stir in malt, honey and salt. Add flour gradually until dough forms a ball. Knead lightly on floured surface, adding a little more flour until easy to handle. Divide into small pieces; roll between your hands to make snakes - about 10" long. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with favorite toppings such as seasoned salt, Parmesan cheese, sesame seeds, Salad Supreme, etc.

Allow to rise 15-20 minutes. Change in size will not be noticeable. Bake at 400º about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
