Butter or milk
4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Parmesan cheese
Olive oil
1-2 garlic cloves, crushed
4 c. chicken broth
1 c. white wine (can substitute for 1 more c. chicken broth
1 pkg. noodles or rice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter or use a little milk to dip chicken breasts. Then dredge in Parmesan cheese (I use canned). Refrigerate 30 minutes so cheese will stay on chicken. Fry chicken in a little olive oil till done (165º). Remove from pan, and keep warm.

In same pan, add garlic cloves and cook 2 minutes. Add 4 c. broth. Add 1-2 T. flour or cornstarch to an additional cup of broth or white wine. Simmer until thick. Add chicken back in pan and simmer another minute. Serve over noodles or rice.
