2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup shortening
6-7 tbsp cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour and salt. Using a pastry blender cut in shortening until pieces are pea size. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of water in at a time while mixing until dough is moistened. Divide in 2 and form each half into a ball.
