2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup oil
3 cups grated carrots
4 eggs

Cream Cheese Icing:
4 cups icing sugar
8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla

Sift dry ingredients together. Add in oil and eggs. Add carrots and mix well. Bake in a greased 9x13 pan at 350F for 40-50 minutes
