1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing for Chicken
1 1/4 cups water, divided
1 onion, chopped
2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup barbeque sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Mix meat, stuffing mix, 1 cup of the water and the onions until well blended. Shape into six 1/2 inch-thick oval patties. Place in
baking pan. Bake 25 minutes.
In a non-skillet, Add the mushrooms, onions on medium heat until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Add the bbq sauce and remaining 1/4 cup of water. Reduce heat to low, simmer for 1 to 2 minutes till sauce is heated through. Serve over patties
