canned kernel corn or frozen corn- frozen corn cook and cool
Batter:
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp oil
2 1/2 cups kernel corn

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Beat eggs, add milk, oil and stir in flour, then corn. Drop from tbsp into boiling fat for 3-5 minutes turning once. Can be eaten cold or hot.
