1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 c. water or beer
1 tsp. lemon pepper, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Add vinegar and water or beer. Mix until it looks like pancake batter. Dip fish in and deep fry.
