2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 family size frozen pound cake
3 tbsp. sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 pint whipping cream
3 pkgs. frozen raspberries (thawed/drained)
1 pkg. fresh raspberries

Directions:

Cream together cream cheese, 2 cups powdered sugar, mix in sour cream, ½ tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp almond extract. Set aside. In a smaller bowl – whip whipping cream and ½ cup Powdered Sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla. Fold with cream cheese and cake pieces. In another bowl, drain raspberries, 3 tbsp.. regular sugar, and 1 tsp almond extract.
Layer berry mixture, cake mixture, berry mixture, cake mixture. Top with fresh raspberries, cover and chill. Can make the night before.
