2 qt. onions
2 qt. cucumbers
1 qt. cauliflower
1 qt. vinegar
6 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. tumeric
2 tbsp. mustard seed
2 tbsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Chop vegetables fine, put in a large bowl and add a handful of pickling salt. Pour boiling water over. Let stand overnight. In the morning, drain.

Mix vinegar, sugar, flour and spices. Pour over vegetables and simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes.

Pour into sterilized jars, seal and process for 10 minutes.

I got this recipe from Art's Aunt Della. Her husband Roland used to spend hours chopping all the veggies by hand. Today, I use the food processor and grinder. It can be made in no time at all.
