1 lb. pecans
2 egg whites
2 tbsp water
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. splenda
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat eggs, water and vanilla until thick and foamy, but NOT stiff. Stir in Pecans until thoroughly coated with egg mixture. Mix dry ingredients together. Pour over pecans and mix well. Pour mixture into a 9x13 baking pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
