4 cups cooked rice,
1 - 8oz can water chestnuts,
1 - 16oz can whole kernel corn, drained,
1 - 2oz jar pimento, drained,
1 - 16oz can carrots, chopped and drained,
1 cup celery, chopped,
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped (red, yellow or green),
1/2 cup red onion, chopped


SAUCE-
1/2 cup water,
11/2 cup sugar,
1 cup vinegar,
1/2 cup vegetable oil,
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together rice mixture and set aside.

Mix together oil mixture in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cool and pour over rice mixture. Refrigerate over night before serving.
