2 (11 oz.) cans corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup evaporated milk ( half & half)
1 pickled jalapeņo pepper, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9" x 9" casserole dish with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in corn and jalapeņo peppers. Transfer mixture to the prepared dish and cover with a lid or foil.

Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F. oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
