Ingredients:  
2/3 C sugar, 2 Tbs. cornstarch, 1 C boiling water, 2 tsp. Lemon juice, 1 tsp. lemon rind, grated, 2 Tbs. margarine, few grains of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch & sugar, add to boiling water, stirring vigorously. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice and rind, margarine and salt. Serve hot - serve over bread pudding.
