• 1 hard boiled egg and 2 slices bacon on 2 slices toast with 1 Tbs mayo with 1 (4oz) fruit cup in light syrup
• 1 cup cereal, 1 cup 1% milk, 4 tsp sugar with 1 banana
• 2 muffins (from mix) with 8 oz 1% milk
