1 can whole white corn
1 can cream corn
1 box JIFFY© corn muffin mix
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup milk
8 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Beat eggs. Add milk, butter and sour cream. Mix. Add corn muffin mix and 2 cans of corn. Mix well. Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 350º until brown (about 1 hour.)
