1- 3oz. pkg of lime jello
1 -3oz. pkg of lemon jello
2 cups liquid(save juice drained from pineapple)
1 cup crushed pineapple, well-drained
1/2 cup mayo or Miracle Whip, (I use Miracle Whip)
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup whipping cream, or Cool Whip
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Add enough water to reserved liquid from crushed pineapple to make 2 cups liquid. Bring Liquid to boil and remove from heat. Add add lime and lemon jello, stirring until completely dissolved. Pour in to a 9x13 inch pan and cool in fridge until liquid is syrupy. Fold together crushed pineapple, mayo or dressing, cottage cheese, whipped cream and nuts, if desired. Add to syrupy jello and mix well. Chill until set for several hours.
