8 ounces of jumbo lump crabmeat
8 ounces of claw crabmeat
2 Tbs mayonaise
1 Tbs fresh dill
1 Tbs fresh parsley
1 1/2 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp sea salt - divided
1/2 tsp pepper - divided
2 ripe avocados - diced
2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
Cherry tomatoes - sliced
Fresh micro lettuces

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine crabmeat, mayonnaise, dill, parsley, lemon zest, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper.
In a small bowl, combine avocado, lemon juice, remaining salt and pepper.
Layer avocado, then crab, then tomatoes, and micro lettuce or sprouts. Serve.

Can be made with a ring mold - layering in the same order.
