5 lb bag of red potatoes (peeled and diced)
1/2 stick of butter (cubed)
1 8 ounce package of cream cheese (softened)
4 ounces sour cream (room temperature)
1 cup of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes until fork tender, and drain. In large mixing bowl, place potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese and butter, mix thoroughly on low to medium speed. Add milk and continue to mix, moving to high speed until smooth. Serve hot or place in casserole dish and place in refrigerator for 1 to two days. Add 1/2 stick of butter sliced on top and place in pre-heated oven for 350º for 30 minutes.
