1 and 1/2 lbs of ground beef
1/2 onion (diced)
1 can of Mexican corn
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 box of Macaroni and Cheese
1 can of tomato paste
1 8 ounce package of cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Brown ground beef and onion in large skillet. Salt and pepper to taste. Make macaroni and cheese according to box directions, including cheese and butter or whatever the box calls for. Drain ground beef and return to skillet, adding Mexican corn, diced tomatoes and tomato Paste heat thoroughly for about 10 minutes. Stir in Macaroni and cheese heat for an additional 5 minutes. Place in casserole dish, top with cheese and place in over. Cook until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
