1 tbs olive oil
1 pound fresh Italian sausage links cut into 1 inch pieces
2 green bell peppers sliced into 1 inch pieces
1 pound fresh mushrooms sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a large frying pan.
Fry sausage pieces until brown on all sides.
Remove sausage from pan and set aside.
Add more oil if necessary and fry peppers approximately 10 minutes or until tender.
Remove peppers from pan and set aside.
Add more oil if necessary and fry mushroom slices for 10 minutes.
Combine all ingredients back in the frying pan and simmer for 10 minutes to blend all flavors.
Serve in a shallow platter warm or at room temperature with crusty Italian bead.
